Musethica Germany’s Final 2025 Session in Berlin
From December 14th-19th, 2025, the final Musethica concert week of the year took place in Berlin, once again in cooperation with the School of Music Hanns Eisler Berlin. The session marked the fourth collaboration of this kind in 2025.
The session featured a newly founded string quartet, which has only been playing together since October 2025. The Berlin session was their very first project as an ensemble, making it an especially intense and enriching learning experience. Through the numerous concerts and encounters with audiences in different institutions, the musicians were able to grow both artistically and personally.
The session was guided by Suyeon Kang as tutor. She is herself an alumna of the School of Music Hanns Eisler Berlin , which created a particularly meaningful connection to the partner institution. For Suyeon Kang, this was also her first involvement with Musethica, bringing fresh perspectives and inspiration to the project.
Throughout the week, many beautiful conversations emerged between the musicians and their audiences. Listeners were curious and deeply engaged. Some were even so moved by the music that they started dancing spontaneously.
The pre-Christmas atmosphere in the participating institutions added a special warmth to the concerts, creating a cozy and joyful mood that was felt by everyone involved.
In total, ten concerts took place during the session, reaching 474 people. The concert week concluded with a final performance at the School of Music Hanns Eisler Berlin, bringing this inspiring Musethica year to a close.
